Andre McLoughin, former Sous Chef at award-winning Royal Mail Hotel, Dunkeld and Sous Chef at ‘Doot Doot Doot’ from award-winning Jackalope, brings 18 years of experience in the industry, from French and Australian heritage. He completed his apprenticeship in the Adelaide Hills working at Enoteca, Penfolds Magil Estate and Chianti Classico before moving to France as a Chef de Partie at Le dame de pic in Paris and Maison pic in Valance.

Lola’s wine list has been created by former Ballarat boy and now owner of the hugely successful “Blackhearts & Sparrows” boutique wine stores across Australia – Paul Ghaie, and in consultation with local winemaker and sommelier Troy Walsh. Our wine list focuses on the finest natural and regionally sourced wines.
