Our 55 seat dining room provides a relaxed and elegant dining experience, beautifully styled in our signature hotel design.
Head Chef Shaun Thomson brings his experience to Lola, having worked alongside Peter Gilmore (Quay, Sydney), Neil Perry (Rockpool, Melbourne) and Peter Kuruvita (Flying Fish, Fiji) . Shaun is passionate about working closely with local producers to present a delicious menu reflecting the gems of the local Ballarat region.
Lola’s wine list has been created by former Ballarat boy and now owner of the hugely successful “Blackhearts & Sparrows” boutique wine stores across Australia – Paul Ghaie, and in consultation with local winemaker and sommelier Troy Walsh. Our wine list focuses on the finest natural and regionally sourced wines.
